Unlocking Romance

THE SITUATION:
Verizon Presents Camila Cabello - All music artists go through an evolution as they move through life; Camila Cabello was one of them. To celebrate her new album, Romance, we helped her to connect to her "Camilizers" on a new and personal level.

THE APPROACH:
We created an IRL and social activation called "Unlocking Romance", inspired by the honest, personal storytelling. We built a splash page that housed exclusive Camila video content, event and pop-up info and more. Fans had the opportunity to watch videos of Camila sharing the stories behind her new album “Romance”. We also teased a social activation by tapping into her hardcore fan base by asking them to submit their own burning romance questions on Twitter for Camila to answer live.

THE RESULTS:
42K questions were submitted. This resulted in a massive 1.39M views of the event.
