Unfolding Timbaland

THE SITUATION:
Whenever a new device drops, Verizon, America’s largest mobile carrier, is challenged with breaking through the noise to convince customers to purchase with us. To introduce the Samsung Galaxy Z Series, we opened up new possibilities of what a phone launch could look and sound like.

THE APPROACH:
To show how the Samsung Galaxy Z Series can be remixed to fit everyone’s lives, we used AI to create unique remixes of an original track written and produced by multi-platinum hitmaker Timbaland.

Fans who retweeted us got their own individual AI-created version of the track – and they didn’t waste any time sharing it across social media.

THE RESULTS:
Our AI pulled public data from fans’ Twitter accounts to generate each remix of “Endless Possibilities.” Everyone got personal shoutouts from Timbaland, custom beats, and location-specific music videos. The algorithm remixed unique tracks for thousands of fans as soon as they retweeted us.

Each fan had their own epic drop – bringing Verizon and the Galaxy Z Series to top of mind, and Verizon’s share of conversation to the top of the charts.
