Demonstrate that we see people as unique and compelling individuals in order to establish BCBS as the premier health care provider.

Using a documentary-style approach, we developed a campaign that focused on the real-life stories of actual Blue Cross Blue Shield members. Each story features individuals whose lives were changed by illness or trauma and Blue Cross Blue Shield's role in helping them get their lives back.
